Brown Distributing and four of its employees are suing over a fire at ACL last year.
The plaintiffs believed the propane leak that caused the fire could have been prevented.
They said several missteps caused the fire: overfilling the propane tank, defective valves on the tank and design defects of the RV.
The defendants include the maker of the RV, the company who leased the RV and several manufacturers of parts of the propane tank.
ACL was not listed as a defendant.
All four workers had to be hospitalized and two had first degree burns. Their attorney said they're back at work, but still recovering from their injuries.
All were released from the hospital within days of the incident.
