Dennis Kucinich's refusal to sign a state democratic party pledge will keep him off the presidential ballot in Texas.
A federal judge in Austin made the decision today.
Kucinich refused to sign an oath committing him to fully support the Democrat nominated for President.
Kucinich and supporter Willie Nelson sued the party to try to get
on the March 4th primary ballot.
Kucinich's lawyer said his client is vehemently opposed to the
war in Iraq and he does not want to support a candidate with differing views on the war.
