Darrell Scott has asked for a transfer from the Colorado Buffaloes according to the Denver Post.

Scott Plans to Transfer Out of Colorado to UCLA
 Colorado running back Darrell Scott plans to transfer to UCLA to joins his uncle who is a receiver with the Bruins.

Scott has been injured most of the 2008 season and he told Buffaloes to release him so he can go play with his uncle, who is a wide receiver at UCLA.
The sophomore tailback was the highest rated running back recruit in 2008 and chose Colorado over Texas and Florida among others on live television much like Ryan Perrilloux did a few years earlier. Ryan in now at Jacksonville State after snubbing Texas for LSU.
Darrell Scott has rushed for 95 yards on 23 carries in an injury
plagued season.
He rushed for 343 yards last year, which was good enough for second on the team to Rodney Stewart.
Scott is the highest rated player Colorado head coach Dan
Hawkins has ever recruited at CU and Hawkins says Scott is leaving for assorted personal reasons.
