News 8 Austin provides a 24-hour traffic channel, Traffic Now, on Time Warner Cable channel 348. Traffic Now shows a rotation of the 20 most common camera views available by TxDOT, plus audio and text information of the latest area closures and detours.
News 8 Austin also airs continous traffic updates every 10 minutes Monday - Friday from 6 a.m. - 9 a.m. and then from 4 p.m. - 7 p.m.
