One elicited startling quotes from friends and acquaintances, and the other elicited pro forma encomiums. One required many hours in the library, poring over letters, the other required the subject's two memoirs and then dozens of live interviews followed by a surprising turn that changed the book dramatically.
Seating is free, but limited.
